Full course description
Stewardship provides an introduction to key stewardship processes within ACE that support donor recognition, relationship management, and ongoing engagement efforts. Learners will explore the tools and records used to maintain stewardship data and ensure donors receive appropriate recognition and communication based on their giving and involvement.
Topics include:
- Managing stewardship-related salutations
- Understanding and maintaining stewardship societies
- Working with designations and beneficiary relationships
- Managing stewardee information and stewardship assignments
- Supporting donor recognition and engagement activities through accurate record management
By the end of this course, learners will be able to navigate stewardship-related records, maintain stewardship associations and designations, and support the processes that foster meaningful donor recognition and long-term engagement.
