Full course description
Fundraising 102 Training builds on the foundational concepts introduced in Fundraising 101 and focuses on proposal management and gift documentation processes within ACE. Learners will gain hands-on knowledge of the tools and workflows used to create, manage, and track proposals, electronic gift agreements, and forms of commitment.
Topics include:
- Submitting proposals for households and organizations
- Managing and updating proposal records
- Working with proposal-related objects and associated information
- Viewing funded proposals and related transactions
- Generating Electronic Gift Agreement (EGA) prefill links
- Creating and editing Electronic Gift Agreements
- Updating EGA workflow statuses and managing EGA documentation
- Creating Forms of Commitment (Pledge Forms)
- Updating Form of Commitment workflow statuses
By the end of this course, learners will be able to manage proposal-related activities, navigate gift agreement workflows, and support the documentation processes that facilitate donor commitments and gift tracking within ACE.
