Fundraising 101 Training introduces the core fundraising and prospect management functions available in ACE. Designed for staff who work with prospects, donors, and fundraising activities, this course provides practical guidance on accessing prospect information, documenting interactions, managing requests, and supporting portfolio management processes.

Topics include:

  • Viewing prospect data for households and organizations
  • Reviewing contact reports and proposal information
  • Submitting and tracking assignment request cases
  • Submitting and tracking research request cases
  • Creating and managing contact reports
  • Understanding prospect management stages of readiness
  • Working with assignment tiers and assignment list views
  • Applying strategies for managing household and organization prospects

By the end of this course, learners will be able to locate and interpret key prospect information, document fundraising interactions through contact reports, submit and monitor common request processes, and support prospect management activities within ACE.
