Form of Commitment provides focused training on creating and managing Forms of Commitment (Pledge Forms) within ACE. Learners will gain an understanding of the workflows and processes used to document donor commitments and ensure pledge information is accurately maintained throughout its lifecycle.
Topics include:
- Creating a Form of Commitment (Pledge Form)
- Recording donor pledge information
- Managing pledge documentation
- Updating Form of Commitment workflow statuses
- Tracking commitments through the approval and processing lifecycle
By the end of this course, learners will be able to create Forms of Commitment, maintain accurate pledge records, and manage workflow statuses to support fundraising operations and donor stewardship activities.
