Full course description
Campaigns provides an introduction to how fundraising campaigns are structured and managed within ACE. Learners will explore the core components that support campaign planning, tracking, and donor engagement, including campaign records, appeals, communications, and static lists.
Topics include:
- Introduction to campaigns and their purpose within ACE
- Creating and working with static lists
- Understanding appeals and how they support fundraising efforts
- Managing campaign communications and related activities
- Navigating campaign-related records and processes
By the end of this course, learners will understand the relationship between campaigns, appeals, communications, and constituent outreach activities, enabling them to effectively support fundraising initiatives and engagement strategies within ACE.
