Full course description
ACE101 Basic Training is an introductory course designed for new ACE users who need a strong foundation in the platform's core functionality. Through five structured modules and twenty focused topics, learners will gain the knowledge and skills needed to navigate ACE effectively and work with key advancement data.
Participants will learn:
- ACE fundamentals and system navigation
- Global Search and other essential tools
- Constituent, household, and organization records
- Designations, involvements, and event records
- Differences between List Views and ACE Reporting
- Opportunity and gift-related record types
- Related objects and associated data
- ACE mobile applications
- Bio/Demo update processes
- Additional system requests, including adjustment, designation update, and involvement value requests
- Available knowledge resources and Advancement Services support contacts
By the end of the course, learners will understand the primary record types within ACE, know where to locate information and reports, and be prepared to perform common day-to-day tasks within the system.
