Full course description
ACE101 Basic Platform Training provides a foundational introduction to the ACE platform for new users. Through three structured modules and thirteen focused topics, participants will learn how to navigate the system, locate information efficiently, and understand the key record types used throughout ACE.
Topics include:
- ACE fundamentals and platform navigation
- Global Search and finding information efficiently
- Constituent records and constituent details
- Households and organizations
- Involvements and events
- ACE mobile applications
- Constituent and organization bio/demographic updates
- Advancement Services resources and support contacts
By the end of this course, learners will be able to navigate ACE confidently, understand the relationships between core record types, and identify resources available to support their ongoing use of the platform.
