ACE Demo Bio Training provides comprehensive instruction on creating, updating, and maintaining constituent and organizational information within ACE. This course focuses on the data management practices that support accurate records, meaningful relationships, and high-quality fundraising and engagement activities across the institution.
Topics include:
- Creating and connecting constituent records
- Creating and managing organization records
- Establishing constituent relationships and households
- Managing names and salutations
- Maintaining addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and social media information
- Working with service indicators
- Managing degree and educational information
- Recording affiliations and relationships
- Using Knowtify and other specialized data tools
- Managing external IDs
- Processing deceased constituent records and related updates
By the end of this course, learners will be able to create and maintain constituent and organization records, understand how relationships and households are structured, and apply best practices for managing demographic, biographical, and specialized data elements within ACE.
