ACE 201 Advanced Training expands on the foundational skills introduced in ACE101 by focusing on the creation and management of List Views. This course equips users with advanced techniques for organizing, filtering, and analyzing data across a variety of ACE record types.
Topics include:
- Understanding the purpose and capabilities of List Views
- Creating and managing custom List Views
- Working with constituent and alumni chapter data
- Managing organization contact information through List Views
- Using List Views to analyze recent designations
- Leveraging fundraising contact report relationships
- Utilizing List Views to track involvements and related activities
By the end of this course, learners will be able to build and maintain List Views that support reporting, prospect management, constituent engagement, and day-to-day operational needs within ACE.
